This Return & Refund Policy applies to products purchased from the official Dumfume website and is issued and administered by Shenzhen Qiangzhong E-commerce Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

Dumfume is committed to providing transparent, fair, and customer-friendly return and refund services. Return services are currently available only within the country or region where the order was originally placed and delivered, in accordance with local logistics conditions and applicable regulations.

If your item was purchased directly from the official Dumfume online store, you may submit a return or refund request under this policy. If your item was purchased from an authorized distributor or third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, Ubuy, etc.), please refer to the return and refund policy of the respective platform or seller.

Please note that return and refund rights may vary depending on local consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.


Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it by contacting us at dumfumeofficial@gmail.com.

If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, a full refund will be issued.

If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any actual shipping or logistics costs incurred due to shipment interception or return, as charged by the carrier.


Lost or Damaged Products

If your order is not delivered, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photo or video evidence. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Within 30 days from the date of delivery, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than product defects, you may request a return and refund provided that the item is returned in unused condition with complete and original packaging.

Please note the following conditions:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • No restocking or handling fees will be charged.

Two return options are available:

  1. Return arranged by Dumfume Customer Service – The return shipping cost will be calculated based on the actual carrier charges and will be borne by the customer.

  2. Self-arranged return – You may ship the product back using a carrier of your choice after receiving the official return address and instructions from our support team.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to offer a refund. Any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Note: Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage caused by improper handling may not be eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
