1. Overview & Warranty Period

This Limited Warranty is issued by Shenzhen Qiangzhong E-commerce Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and applies to Dumfume-branded Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries (“Products”) purchased from the official Dumfume website.

We warrant that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions during the applicable warranty period.

⚠️ Official Website Exclusive Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official Dumfume website and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Warranty support is not available for products purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and begins on the date of original shipment. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.


2. Warranty Coverage & Remedies

This warranty covers functional defects and includes a performance guarantee that the battery will retain at least 70% of its original rated capacity during the warranty period.

After Purchase Remedy Customer Cost
Within Warranty Period Repair or replacement with a new or certified refurbished unit, at our discretion $0 — Parts, labor, and two-way shipping covered

Additional Terms:

  • A repaired or replaced product continues to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • All replaced parts or products become the property of Dumfume.
  • Certified refurbished products meet the same functional and safety standards as new products.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  • Order number and valid proof of purchase
  • Product serial number (SN)
  • Detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if available

Step 2: Technical Assessment
Our technical team will respond within 2 business days to evaluate the issue.

Step 3: Return Authorization
If a return is required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Step 4: Shipping & Resolution
Please pack the product securely. Upon receipt and inspection, we will complete the repair or replacement process promptly.


4. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:

  • Use with incompatible or non-Dumfume accessories, chargers, or inverters
  • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, liquid exposure, fire, or natural disasters
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
  • Improper installation, storage, or operation contrary to the user manual
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers or resellers
  • Capacity degradation beyond the stated 70% retention threshold

5. Important Disclaimers

Critical Use Restriction:
Dumfume batteries are not designed for use in life-support systems, medical devices, or applications where failure could result in personal injury or death. Such use voids this warranty, and we assume no liability for damages arising from improper use.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
